 Shipping Guidelines

  • Orders which are placed Monday through Friday before 12pm PST will ship within 2 business days (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S holidays) if product is in stock.
  • If you request First Class Mail delivery you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. Only Express Priority 1-2 Day Mail are insured.
  • If the tracking information on your package indicates "delivered" and you are unable to locate it, then a claim with the USPS will need to be submitted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
  • Orders that contain an item on back order will not receive partial shipments.  Orders that contain an item on back order will be shipped together once the back order item is available.

 International Shipping

  • We ship to nearly every country, if you don't see your country listed please contact us at customerservice@myhairtiebracelets.com, we will make special accommodations for your order. 
  • We are unable to accommodate returns on international orders; all sales are final.
  • Please Note: All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
  • If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by bittersweet

International Customs

Please Note: If you live outside of the United States you may be responsible for a customs charge from your country. The price you pay on our site or any of our partner sites covers the bracelet, packaging and postage fees. It does not cover customs that your country may add and we do not reimburse you for these charges. Please contact  customerservice@myhairtiebracelets.com with any questions.

  • All our bracelets are manufactured using internationally accepted materials and standards of production.

  • Glamour and Glitter Collections
    • Fit wrists 6-7.5 inches. Be sure to measure before you purchase.
  • Kids and Teens Collection
    • Kids - Fit wrists 4.5 to 5.5 inches. Important to measure your wrist before you purchase.
      • Recommended for kids under 8 years old
    • Teens – Fits wrists 5.75-6.5 inches. Important to measure your wrist before you purchase.
      • Recommended for 10+ years old
  • Ella and Nina bracelets
    • Fit wrists 5.75-6.5 inches. Be sure to measure before you purchase.

Packaging

Depending on the bracelet you have purchased it will be packaged in either a box or drawstring pouch. Both are a perfect option for gift giving!

 Returns

  • Returns authorization must be requested to My Hair Tie Bracelets™ via email within 15 calendar days of your online tracking delivery date. 
  • Before returning your item, please email customerservice@myhairtiebracelets.com with the following information: name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Postage for returns will be paid for in the event there is an inaccuracy with your order, otherwise shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are highly recommended to be sent with tracking information for your own security.
  • Upon inspection of your return, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 -15 business days to appear on your original payment method.
  • Items returned must be unaltered and in unused condition. Must be in original undamaged box.
  • My Hair Tie Bracelets™ reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
  • Only merchandise purchased from myhairtiebracelets.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other online or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
  • All sale items, gift cards, and hair tie accessories are final sale.
